Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}dpr12MI01695 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to dpr12. This is expected to truncate the dpr12 protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous dpr12 regulatory sequences.
