Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}side-IIIMI02408 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{FFL.1} cassette that is in gene-trap (GT) orientation relative to side-III. This is expected to truncate the side-III protein and to result in the expression of a separate mCherry protein under the control of endogenous side-III regulatory sequences.
