Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}dpr12MI01695 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{dFlpTag.GFSTF.1} conditional tagging cassette that is inserted in the same orientation to the direction of dpr12 transcription. In the absence of FLP, the dpr12 gene is tagged, but in the presence of FLP recombinase, the cassette is stably inverted, resulting in loss of this tagging.
