The snRNA:U6:96Ac promoter drives expression of six gRNAs, consisting of two duplicated sets targeting three selected sites within the first and second common exons of Inx2. The gRNA sequences are ACTGATCGCCTTCTCCCTCC, CGAGATCCCACTGGGCGTGA and TTCGGAAAGACCCGCGCCAT.
