The snRNA:U6:96Ac promoter drives expression of six gRNAs, consisting of two duplicated sets targeting three selected sites within the first and second common exons of otk. The gRNA sequences are GATGATCTCAATATGCGGCC, GCCCCAAAGTCAGTCCGTGG and CGCCTGATAATCCGACAGCC.
