Cytology
Description

The endogenous Octβ2R locus has been modified so that sequence encoding 40 tandem copies of Tag:V5 has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the coding sequence. In addition, a B2RT-flanked transcription stop cassette has been inserted into the locus, in the intron upstream of the last exon. This results in a conditional allele; full-length 40xTag:V5-tagged Octβ2R is only expressed upon excision of the stop cassette.
