Description

Endogenous sdk locus in which sequence encoding the intracellular domain (ICD) has been replaced with cDNA sequence that encodes the prion-like domain (PLD) of Hsap\FUS (the N-terminal amino acids of Hsap\FUS). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mScarlet. A loxP cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed-Express2.3xP3 marker has also been inserted, downstream of the mScarlet tag.
