Description

The ato 5' enhancer (a 2918 nt fragment located 7471 nt 5' to the ato start codon) regulates expression of a ND-42 transgene that is resistant to RNAi induced by P{TRiP.HM05104}, by recoding the 300nt fragment targeted by dsRNA-HM05104.
