Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a membrane-tethered form of the 'saITP' (short, C-terminally amidated) isoform of ITP. The coding sequence consists of a mTagBFP2 tag, the Tag:TM(hTNF) transmembrane domain, a flexible linker and the saITP coding sequence. The orientation of the Tag:TM(hTNF) transmembrane domain means that the mTagBFP2 tag is intracellular and the flexible linker and saITP coding sequence are extracellular in the expressed protein.
