In a split-GAL4 system, ScerGAL4DBD.R41C07 drives expression in lobula columnar neuron Lcn6 when combined with HsapRELAAD.R92B02, HsapRELAAD.R47E07, HsapRELAAD.R82D11 or HsapRELAAD.R91B01.

In a split-GAL4 system, HsapRELAAD.R92B02 in the P{R92B02-p65.AD} construct drives expression in lobula columnar neuron Lcn6 when combined with ScerGAL4DBD.R41C07 and, when inserted into PBac{R92B02-p65.AD}, in lobula columnar neuron LC16 and a subset of neurons in the thoracico-abdominal ganglion when combined with ScerGAL4DBD.R38E08.
