Description
The Cytosolic 4Fe-4S Assembly Targeting Complex accepts 4Fe-4S clusters from the Cytosolic 4Fe-4S Assembly Scaffold Complex and transfers them to apoproteins to produce mature Fe-S cluster-containing cytosolic or nuclear proteins. (Adapted from PMID:34660592 and PMID:32632277).
