Comments concerning this interaction

Source was live cells of HEK293 or CHO mammalian cell line; bait produced from transfected construct; prey peptide chemically synthesized.

Sulfated Dsk peptides, but not unsulfated peptides, activate CCKLR-17D1.

Physical interaction of Dsk with CCKLR-17D1 was inferred by an increase in [Ca++] levels, monitored by Calcium-sensor dye.

Comments concerning this interaction

Source was live cells of HEK293 cell line; bait produced from transfected construct; prey peptide chemically synthesized.

Sulfated Dsk peptides, but not unsulfated peptides, activate CCKLR-17D1.

HEK293 cells were transfected with CCKLR-17D1 and a GFP-tagged Arr2 construct. Cells were incubated with putative CCKLR-17D1 ligands and physical interaction was inferred from translocation of Arr2-GFP from the cytosol to the membrane in a punctate distribution.
