Upon mixing, Sp7 and Spn27A form a complex evident as a novel, higher molecular weight band on an SDS-PAGE gel. No such complex is formed between Sp7 and Spn77Ba.

Interaction in vitro; proteins produced as a recombinant fusion protein in baculovirus-infected Sf9 cell system (Sp7) or in bacterial system (Spn27A).

Sp7 and Spn27A were incubated, then run on an SDS-PAGE gel.
