Source was tou immunoprecipitate from cell extract of Cos cell line; bait produced from transfected construct; prey produced from transfected construct.

Double immunoprecipitation - tou was immunoprecipitated from extract of cells transfected with tou, pnr and Chi. Chi was then immunoprecipitated from the proteins recovered in the first tou immunoprecipitate. The recovery of pnr and tou in the second immunoprecipitate suggests that tou, pnr and Chi form a ternary complex.
