construct_comment: May be other unique cloning sites (see junction 001177).Poly-A site within 3\' P sequences (presumably that of P\T).One of several independently constructed derivatives of pP{CaSpeR} using an Hsp70 promoter to allow heat-induced expression of an inserted open reading frame.
