Description and Uses
Description

Cloning vector used to generate transgenic constructs for promoter/enhancer analysis. Contains a reporter cassette that is composed of a multiple cloning site upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by sequence encoding the EGFP fluorescent protein, tagged at the C-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal. The cassette is flanked by a pair of gypsy insulators to minimise position effects.
