For production of dsRNA, contains 10 Scer\GAL4-responsive Scer\UAS elements, the basal Hsp70Bb promoter, and the SV40 polyadenylation signal. For genomic recombination, contains an phiC31\attB sequence to allow for phiC31-targeted integration at genomic phiC31\attP landing sites, and the 5' portion of a mini-white gene; regeneration of the complete mini-white occurs upon integration into appropriate target element.
