Description

The pCFD2 plasmid is designed for expression of a single guide RNA (gRNA) under the control of the ubiquitous U6:2 (snRNA:U6:96Ab) promoter. The plasmid contains an attB site, allowing integration into an attP-containing docking site in the genome to produce a transgenic construct.
