Description

The pUASz1.0 plasmid is designed for generating donor plasmids that can be used to insert sequence containing an open reading frame of interest expressed under the control of UASz regulatory sequences into an attP-containing docking site in the genome, via phiC31:int-mediated integration. pUASz1.0 contains an attB site, a w+* marker, UASz regulatory sequences and a multiple cloning site (BamHI-XhoI-KpnI-SpeI-XbaI).
