Description

The pHD-DsRed vector ( Addgene:51434 ) is designed for generating dsDNA donor plasmids for CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homology-directed repair (HDR). It contains a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites (allowing subsequent removal of this marker from a targeted locus) and two multiple cloning sites for insertion of 5' and 3' homology arms of the genome region to be targeted.
