Gateway destination vector. Contains the Drosophila Synthetic Core Promoter (DSCP) promoter upstream of a coding sequence consisting of EGFP fused to pLUC (codon optimized for expression in Drosophila), with a nuclear localization signal at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. An enhancer of interest can swapped in to this vector to generate a reporter construct which can then be inserted into the genome using phiC31:int integrase.
