Description

Gateway vector designed to produce RNAi constructs in which production of dsRNA is inducible, requiring the excision of an FRT cassette. Contains UASt regulatory sequences, and two Gateway cassettes, which are separated by a disruptive FRT cassette that contains the HcRed1 coding sequence followed by a transcription termination signal.
