Gene annotation error
Gene CG10076 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: CG10076 sequence (AE003666; AAF53884) aligns with spir cDNA sequence
(AJ238876; CAB62901) but is missing the first 403 amino acids.
While translating the upstream exons as defined by the mRNA feature
I found the remaining upstream 403 amino acids and also found an error
in the mRNA feature.
Position 108730 does not conform to the consensus intron/exon splice
site, please amend to 108741, which does conform and allows translation
of the remaining N terminal sequence to the longest possible initiating
Met.
