Comments: GH14320.5 is listed as a 5' EST for CG3090 (SOX14). I find that its
sequence is the reverse complement to that encoding SOX14 protein sequence and
to a short cDNA previously listed as SOX14. Also, the GH14320 sequence is not
consistent with assignment of CG3090 to the \+ strand of AE003462. That
assignment appears to be correct. Hence I expect GH14320 is either the
reverse complement of a 5'EST, or it is a 3' EST.
