The following information accompanied stocks from Andy Andres, Northwestern U (11/00).
The transgenic construct P{Sgs3-GFP} expresses a Sgs3-GFP fusion protein. P{Sgs3-GFP}2 and P{Sgs3-GFP}3 are homozygous viable and fertile insertions on the second and third chromosomes, respectively. The construct was described in the abstract FBrf0106146 and a full description is in press.
