Gene CG11579 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: Celera translation of arm (AE003422; AAF45688) is short by 3 aa at
the N-
terminus. The mRNA feature includes the full translation but the CDS feature
needs to be extended to cover the upstream 9 bases for the correct translation.
