Subject: KG00759 is an allele of both CG18078 and CG9273
KG00759 is listed in FlyBase as an allele of CG18078. The P-element
insertion in KG00759 is inserted in an exon of CG9273, which is
nested in an intron of CG18078. I don't know what convention you use
in such cases of an insertion mutation hitting two genes. However
you annotate this, the gene report for CG9273 should note that
KG00759 is a mutant allele of this gene; the gene report currently
states that there are no known mutant alleles.
