Is it a 'true' > mini-gene, i.e. constructed from genomic DNA. Is (as the name suggests) > the GFP inserted at the N terminus? What marker does the transposon > carry? just to recap: The GFP cDNA has been fused to the N terminus of Arm cDNA. The mini-gene arm pro-GFPARM has been created by cloning the fusion downstream of 2 kb arm promoter. The mini-gene has been inserted in pCasper4 so it's with white as a marker. \-- Cyrille ALEXANDRE Division of Mammalian Development, Room 108 National Institute for Medical Research (N.I.M.R) The Ridgeway, Mill Hill LONDON NW7 1AA UK
