just to recap:
The GFP cDNA has been fused to the N terminus of Arm cDNA. The
mini-gene arm pro-GFPARM has been created by cloning the fusion
downstream of 2 kb arm promoter. The mini-gene has been inserted in
pCasper4 so it's with white as a marker.
