So EB1 is described in Allada 98 as being in an intron of clk in 66A, and having homology to mammalian EB1, however it's not associated with an ORF on the sequence. CG32371 is sitting in an intron of clk, and has homology to mammalian EB1. What d'you reckon? I am a little unsure about the name EB1, as there is a previously published Eb1 in 42 \- do you normally allow this sort of thing? P
