The following information was provided by Annette Parks of Exelixis, Inc.
In P{vgMQ-Ras85D.V12}, the V12 mutant version of Ras85D of Karim and Rubin
(Development 125; 1-9, 1998; FBrf0100097) was cloned into P{Express-vgMQ}.
P{vgMQ-Ras85D.V12}1 is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X
chromosome insertion.
In P{vgM-Ras85D.V12}, the V12 mutant version of Ras85D of Karim and Rubin
(Development 125; 1-9, 1998; FBrf0100097) was cloned into P{Express-vgM}.
P{vgM-Ras85D.V12}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
