Dear Chihiro,
The Vav gene that we used to construct the Vav-GFP described
in Fig 5 c,f is indeed VAV1 ( GDB:127112 ). It was cloned into the
pUAST vector, and expressed as clones under the control of a hsFlp;
abxubs>FRT>Gal4 driver.
