Dear Dr Gramates,
I write you in place of Maurizio Gatti and  as a coauthor of the feo
paper. The fragment used for the rescue is a XhoI genomic fragment: it
comprises  1413bp upstream the 5'transcription start site and 6bp
downstream the transcription stop site. To better clarify the
situation I attach the sequence.
