You had a few questions about the EP and the warts allele in our mirvana paper.

Yes. However, it is from the first generation that had a non-functional lox-site. Thus, it is non-loxable. You should also mention that the EP has been generated by Denise Hengartner.
The warts(5Y2) allele has been generated in our lab by Hugo Stocker. According to Benno Schindelholz the mutation generates a D769Y protein.
