The gene entries FBgn0016724 (retinoid and fatty acid binding protein) and FBgn0021778 (lipophorin) correspond to the same gene. There is only one Apolipophorin gene in Drosophila. In fact, I believe the most suitable name for the gene would be apolipophorin, since lipophorin refers to the lipoprotein particle and "retinoid and fatty acid binding protein" is quite confusing.
