    I would like to update the data for an allele of a gene- CtBP (C-Terminal Biding Protein).
    The allele is 87 De-10, and the mutation is a nonsense mutation which truncates the protein to 228 aa. The base change is C to T and amino acid change is Q229 to stop.  Any sequence information or chromatogram can be sent upon request.
