P{UAS-TrpA1.K}attP16 is an insertion in the P{CaryP}attP16 target site, which is located between CG15711 and CG33960 in 53C4. P{CaryP}attP16 is described in Markstein et al., 2008 (Nature Genetics 40: 476-483; FBrf0204436).
