P{UAS-Delta.Nde.Myc} expresses Dl protein with a C-terminal Myc tag under UAS control. Sequences were inserted into the NdeI site of the Delta cDNA resulting in a Myc tag following the last amino acid of the Delta protein (amino acid 833). The transformation vector was pP{UAST}. The protein expressed from this construct is identical to that expressed by Dl<up>MtnA. T:Hsap \MYC</up> (FBal0091844), which was used in the cell culture experiments described in Klueg et al., 1998 (Molec. Biol. Cell 9: 1709-1723; FBrf0103299).
P{UAS-Delta.Nde.Myc}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-Delta.Nde.Myc}3 is an insertion on TM3, Sb1.
