P{UAS-mycAPP.LV}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-APP.M596I.F615P} is composed of UAS sequences upstream of human APP carrying two point mutations (M596I and F615P) designed to reduce cleavage by alpha-secretase.
P{UAS-APP.M596I.F615P}2 is a homozygous semi-viable insertion on the second chromosome.
