The following information was provided to the Bloomington Stock Center by Stephanie Nowotarski, University of North Carolina.
P{Ubi-GFP.ena} (FBtp0051079) was constructed by cloning a Ubiquitin promoter-GFP-ena fragment into a vector containing UAS sequences.  ena is expressed at moderate levels in all cells in the absence of a GAL4 driver, but its expression is increased in the presence of GAL4.
FlyBase curator comment: see associated file (Nowotarski.2011.11.08.jpg) for a diagram of the vector.
