A Ubiquitin promoter drives expression of ena tagged with GFP at moderate levels in the absence of a GAL4 driver. UAS regulatory sequences are also present upstream of a multiple cloning site and the Ubiquitin promoter sequences, such that expression is increased in the presence of a GAL4 driver.
