The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Ralph Neumuller and Norbert Perrimon, Harvard Medical School.
P{VALIUM20-EGFP.shRNA.4} contains a small hairpin sequence for RNAi of EGFP under the control of UAS in the VALIUM20 vector (similar to constructs in Neumuller et al., 2012 Genetics 190:931 , FBrf0217811).Primers used to make the hairpin: fwd -ctagcagtCAAGCTGGAGTACAACTACAAtagttatattcaagcataTTGTAGTTGTACTCCAGCTTGgcg; rev - aattcgcCAAGCTGGAGTACAACTACAAtatgcttgaatataactaTTGTAGTTGTACTCCAGCTTGactg
P{VALIUM20-EGFP.shRNA.4}attP40 is a viable insertion into the attP40 site at 2L:5108448 on the second chromosome.
P{VALIUM20-EGFP.shRNA.4}attP2 is a viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site at 3L:11063638 on the third chromosome.
P{VALIUM22-EGFP.shRNA.4} contains a small hairpin sequence for RNAi of EGFP under the control of UAS in the VALIUM22 vector (similar to constructs in Neumuller et al., 2012 Genetics 190:931 , FBrf0217811).Primers used to make the hairpin: fwd -ctagcagtCAAGCTGGAGTACAACTACAAtagttatattcaagcataTTGTAGTTGTACTCCAGCTTGgcg; rev - aattcgcCAAGCTGGAGTACAACTACAAtatgcttgaatataactaTTGTAGTTGTACTCCAGCTTGactg
