P{20XUAS-IVS-GCaMP6s}, P{20XUAS-IVS-GCaMP6m} and P{20XUAS-IVS-GCaMP6f} encode high sensitivity green fluorescent calcium sensor protein variants under the control of UAS in the pJFRC7-20XUAS-IVS vector (see Pfeiffer et al., 2010, FBrf0212052 for vector information).
Variant names are based on decay kinetics -- GCaMP6s (slow), GCaMP6m (medium), and GCaMP6f (fast). In a Drosophila larval neuromuscular junction stimulation and imaging assay, they perform as follows relative to GCaMP5G (for GCaMP5G kinetics see Akerboom et al., 2012, FBrf0219564):
