    -The length of the truncated protein is 708aa as compared to the 776aa present in the full length Mcm10.
    -This insertion results in the removal of the C-terminal 71aa from Mcm10
    -Of the 708aa in the translated product, only 705aa are actually encoded by Mcm10 (the last 3aa are from P{XP})
    -The genomic location of the insertion is position 21182204 on chromosome 2L
    -The amino acids at the junction of Mcm10 and P{XP} are Gln Cys Met Met Lys STOP (Gln and Cys from Mcm10)
