P{UAS-Katushka.I} expresses the Katushka fluorescent protein described in Shcherbo et al. (FBrf0217298) under UAS control. This construct does not encode the mKate fluorescent protein, which is a derivative of Katushka described in the same paper.
P{UAS-Katushka.I}2 is a second chromosome insertion
