The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Miho Matakatsu, University of Chicago.
P{shtd.T7} is a rescue construct consisting of a 9518 bp SalI-SpeI fragment containing 1822 bp of shtd 5' enhancer/promoter region.  shtd is tagged with T7 at the C-terminus.
P{shtd.T7}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-HA.shtd} expresses full length shtd tagged with HA at the N-terminus under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-HA.shtd}2 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-shtd.T7} expresses full length shtd tagged with T7 at the C-terminus under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-shtd.T7}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
