P{ncd-gammaTub37C.GFP} (FBtp0056939) consists of the ncd promoter fused to gammaTub37C cDNA followed by sequences encoding the three amino acid linker GLK and the coding region for the S65T variant of GFP in a miniwhite-marked vector. The gammaTub37C coding region differs from the GenBank entry by a change of T282A, which is also present in several ESTs, suggesting that this may be a variable site or the GenBank sequence is incorrect.
