Description

Consists of the ncd promoter fused to γTub37C cDNA followed by sequences encoding the three amino acid linker GLK and the coding region for the GFP(S65T) fluorescent protein. The γTub37C coding region differs from the GenBank entry by a change of T282A, which is also present in several ESTs, suggesting that this may be a variable site or the GenBank sequence is incorrect.
