It has been codon optimized for Drosophila and it is an independent construct from the similar P{UASp-LifeAct-TagRFP} construct described by Zanet et al. (/reports/FBrf0218285.html).
M{UASp-LifeAct.TagRFP.H}ZH-51D is an insertion into M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-51D at 51D9,  2R:10941803  (R5).
