The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Helena Richardson, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
P{UAS-mor.DN} carries the long form of mor with Cdk sites mutated from Ser to Asp under the control of UAS. The resulting protein should behave in a dominant-negative fashion.
P{UAS-mor.DN}A3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-mor.L} carries the long form of mor under the control of UAS.
