The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Helena Richardson, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
P{UAS-brm.H}51 is a homozygous viable insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-brm.DN} carries brm with 15 Cdk sites mutated from Ser to Asp under the control of UAS. The resulting protein behaves similarly to a dominant-negative brm.
P{UAS-brm.DN}1512 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-brm.GOF} carries brm with 15 Cdk sites mutated from Ser to Ala under the control of UAS. The resulting protein behaves in a gain-of-function fashion.
P{UAS-brm.GOF}54 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
